Like you, I am layered with life.
I am a daughter, a sister, a wife, and a mother.
Within those roles, I have lived through deep love, expansion, loss, and transformation.
My path has not been linear.
It has taken me across places, identities, and seasons living in different homes, exploring different ways of being, and continually asking:
What is true?
I have studied, practiced, and immersed myself in many modalities from art and photography, to Reiki, yoga nidra, Akashic Records, energy healing, breathwork, and more.
I’ve worked in many worlds…
as a stable hand, a barista, a server, a photographer, a teacher, a healer, a guide.
Each chapter gave me something.
Mostly perspective, depth, and discernment.
For as long as I can remember, I have been devoted to understanding life at a deeper level.
Reading. Learning. Seeking.
Trying to make sense of the patterns, the pain, the beauty, and the pull toward something more.
And like many women, I’ve made choices that led me in unexpected directions, some that expanded me, and some that brought me to my knees.
But every step refined me. Over time, I realized something essential:
The guidance we are seeking… is not outside of us.
It lives within us.
But accessing it and trusting it is where most women get lost.
This is what led me to the work I do today.
Through the Akashic Records and the practices I’ve gathered along my path to create my Signature Method, I guide women back to their own truth.
So they can:

I used my gifts of seeing truth and my ability to hold space.

REIKI: I trained with Marianne Goetsch, Usui Reiki to Master/Teacher levels. I was honored also to study with one of her teachers, Rev. Hyakuten Inamoto of Japan, with whom I studied Komyo Reiki Ryoho where I was accredited as a Master teacher.
My gift of sensitivity and my strong intuitive abilities were nourished.

YOGA: 200 hr. Teacher training with Ally Bogard of Gaiatri Yoga.
My soul was enriched and I learned a deeper embodiment. Why we live in body became more clear.

YOGA NIDRA : My YTT stirred curiosity within me about the depths of being, and a desire to deepen my exploration of consciousness, which lead me to advanced studies in Yoga Nidra with Tanis Fishman.
I learned through direct experience how truly magnificent our capacity to hold and release energy for greater healing is.

AKASHIC RECORD READINGS: Years ago the Akashic Records called to me when I was least expecting and I attended a retreat/training with Amor Luz, my teacher a certified akashic record consultant with Akashic Knowing. I soon after deepened my learning with an advanced training and in depth group study group with her.
The information that exists across all time and space will always leave me in awe. We are vast beings with endless potentials!

CIRCLE: It is clear to me that humans need to be seen, be heard and be acknowledged in order to release the pain and traumas from within. I began offering moon circles and women's share circles and they have evolved over time into intuitively guided sacred space where we utilize ritual and various practices from my "medicine bag" for awareness and healing.
In circle I see myself in each woman who connects and I fall more in love each time.
